Do you deliver?
We offer delivery of our beautiful floral arrangements within a 15-mile radius of Wayne, PA, where our studio is located. Delivery fees depend on size of event and generally range from $25 to $50.​

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable and that delivery times may vary depending on location and availability. If you have any questions or concerns regarding delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us. What are the payment options?
We accept the following forms of payment for all transactions:
Credit Cards: We accept through pay pal as a service to our customers.
Venmo: a secure and convenient mobile payment platform.
Checks: We accept personal and business checks, but please note there is an additional fee for any returned checks
Deposits: We do ask for a non refundable 25% deposit depending on the size of event.

What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our floral products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any reason. We take great care in selecting and arranging our flowers to ensure they are fresh and of the highest quality when they leave our shop. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the condition of the flowers once they have been delivered safely and ready for your event.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns before making your purchase.
